Subscriptions already run, and somebody checks renewals and failed charges against a spreadsheet.
Payments and billing
A customer is ready to pay right now, and all you can take is an enquiry.

- 3–5 weeks

A floor, not a quote. The binding figure is fixed after we scope the task, and that scoping is free.
Two more signs this is you
The money went through, the access did not arrive, and it gets sorted out in a chat thread.
Here is what we build first
The first version is deliberately small, and complete enough to run on real data.
One provider, live
Plans and a checkout
Idempotent webhooks
Access granted automatically
Refunds and cancellation handled
The expensive part is rarely obvious
A one-off charge and a subscription are two different jobs. The one-off is quick. The cost lives in subscriptions: moving between plans up and down, prorating the remainder, a renewal that fails, a refund, a grace period. A real customer eventually lands in every one of those states, and each has to be written down before any code. The second thing that moves the figure is the number of providers, and where your buyers are decides which ones you can connect at all. Webhooks have to be idempotent, because they will arrive twice. We shipped this on our own product, cards and crypto, so the estimate here is not a guess.
We have built this, and it still runs
These bills do not come from us
The provider invoices you directly. There is no margin on top, because that money never passes through us.
We do not resell capacity, so we earn nothing when your bill grows.
You can leave here with a figure
The page you are on answers the first question. Four left, and you see the figure without telling us anything.
