Custom CRM development
Deals, stages and rules work the way you actually sell. Nothing here tries to squeeze you into a box.
- Buildfrom $2,850
- Timeline4–7 weeks
- Supportfrom $570/mo
Who this suits: Teams whose process does not fit a boxed product: unusual stages, calculations inside a deal, or a spreadsheet that has become the real system.
What is in the first version
- deals and stages
- roles and access
- change history
- spreadsheet import
The figures above are the package this sits on: CRM or client portal. Anything past its edges the calculator adds before the work starts, not after.
How the path goes
- 01
The stages come from your board
We start from how the work already moves, including the steps nobody wrote down, not from a vendor’s default funnel.
- 02
Roles decide what is visible
A manager, an owner and a contractor open one deal and see different amounts, by a rule in the data.
- 03
It connects to what you run
Mail, Telegram, site forms, invoicing, the warehouse: the CRM becomes where things arrive, not a second place to type them.
What decides whether this works or annoys people
The fields nobody fills in
Abandoned CRMs have a screen of fields and a handful in use: we ship those and add the rest when asked twice.
Migration is the real risk
The spreadsheet has duplicates, half-filled rows and several spellings of one client, and cleaning that is planned work, not a launch-day discovery.
It must beat the spreadsheet
If entering a deal takes longer than a row in Excel, the team returns to Excel, so keyboard-first entry is the feature.
What to measure once it is live
- deals entered without prompting
- time from lead to first touch
- stages with no stuck deals
- spreadsheets still in use
Why this comes out faster
The shape of this one is known: the states, the edge cases and the things that usually go wrong have been decided before. Nothing here is a template, and the saving is not in your half of the work. It goes into your process, your content and the systems this has to talk to, which is the part nobody can have solved in advance.
A likely stack for this
Picked against the task when we scope it, not decided in advance. This is the shelf it usually comes off.

Price it yourself, right here
Five steps, and you can see the number without leaving a contact. The estimate accounts for the kind of work, what you already have and what it will need inside.
These bills do not come from us
- Hosting and servers
- The domain, registered to your business
- Telephony and SMS
- Email delivery above a free tier
Asked before the first call
- Why not amoCRM or Bitrix?
- Usually you should. A boxed CRM is cheaper and faster every time your process fits it, and this page is for when it does not; we will say so on the call.
- Can we move off it later?
- The database is yours, in your own cloud account, and exports to standard formats from the first version. Lock-in is a choice somebody makes, and we do not make it for you.
- Can we change stages and fields ourselves?
- Stages, fields and who sees what are settings and change from the interface, without us. New calculations inside a deal or a new outside connection are code, priced before the work starts.
